Hayley Fletcher Mackay is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at Movera since March 2024. Previously, Hayley worked at Pearson from January 2018 to January 2024 as a Performance Marketing Manager in the Pearson Online Learning Services division, which focuses on international online postgraduate degree marketing. Earlier roles include Marketing and Communications Manager at Transport for London, Account Manager positions at Proximity London and Aylesworth Fleming, and a Regional Marketing Executive at Publicis. Hayley began a career in education as a Teaching Assistant for the British Council in China. Hayley holds a Master of Arts in Modern British History from The University of Manchester and a BA (Hons) in History from Newcastle University.
