Caroline Lönnquist has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.
In 1997, they started their career as an IT Business Analyst at Datamonitor. After that, they worked as a Marketing Manager in Nordic and Poland at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. from 1998 to 2003.
From 2003 to 2009, Caroline held multiple positions at THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY NORDIC AB, including Marketing Manager Nordic and Emerging Markets, Disney Channels, and Marketing Director Nordic & Emerging Markets, Disney Channels.
In 2009, they joined Walt Disney Television as the Head of Creative Services & Marketing Director for Disney Channels. Caroline continued to work in various positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Marketing Director, Disneymedia + (Promotions & Partnership) at THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY NORDIC AB from 2012 to 2014.
Caroline then became the Marketing Director - Disney Media at The Walt Disney Company from 2018 to 2020.
From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Marketing & Communications Consultant at Viacernis and as an Executive Search Consultant at Head Agent.
In 2022, Caroline took on leadership roles as Head of People & Internal Communications at Albacross and as Head of Marketing & Communications & People at Capchap.
Caroline Lönnquist obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in European Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Marketing & Communications from the European Business School in London (Regent's University). Caroline completed their degree between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, Caroline obtained a certification in Online psychometric tests and questionnaires for selection and development, specifically in Shapes, Views, Adept-15, and MapTQ, from Aon Assessment Sverige in December 2021.
