Max Aguilar has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Software Engineer at Trace Instruments for two years. In 1992, they joined Genpact as an IT Architect and later became an IT TM Leader. Max stayed with Genpact until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Max worked in the Children's Ministry at Abundant Living Faith Center. In the same year, they also became the Director of Information Technology at DATAMARK Inc. Continuing their career in IT, Max joined HCL America in 2013 as an Associate General Manager. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Software Development at Mouser Electronics. Max'slatest position is Vice President Of Software Development at Mouser Electronics, which they assumed in November 2016.

Max Aguilar attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
