Mark Belcher is an experienced software developer with a strong background in designing and developing software solutions. Currently serving as the Lead Software Developer at Ticom Geomatics since 2011, Mark specializes in presentation and business logic. Previous roles include Software Engineer at CTG/IBM, Senior Developer at DBI Software, and Senior Product Developer focused on Java Development at BMC Software from April 2001 to April 2005. Additionally, Mark contributed as a Senior Developer at The Gossamer Group, where responsibilities included the development and support of a financial application for retirement planning. Mark holds a degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 1996.
