Tayyaba Khi began their work experience in 2013 as a Coordinator at URI (United Religions Initiative), a position they held until 2016. In 2014, they also served as the Media Coordinator at Pakistan Girl Guides Association from November 2014 to October 2015. Tayyaba then worked as the Co-ordinator for Women & Children at PEACE GROUP OF JOURNALISTS(PGOJ) from January 2014 to August 2016. In 2015, they became a Member at UNION OF JOURNALISTS, AJK from January 2015 to August 2016. Most recently, they have been working as a Medical Records Specialist at Mountain Park Health Center since May 2018.

Tayyaba Khi's education history includes attending Scottsdale Community College from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they studied Media with a focus on Journalism. Tayyaba also pursued photography coursework at the same institution. Prior to their time at Scottsdale Community College, Tayyaba Khi attended the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Mass Communication. Tayyaba'sfield of study during this period was Journalism.
