Ana Moncao-Conceicao is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community health, life coaching, and counseling. Currently serving as the Business Owner and Life Coach at Flourishing at Equilibrium since January 2024, Ana focuses on empowering individuals and families through high-quality life coaching services. Ana leads a team as the Community Health Worker Team Lead at Harbor Care, following a tenure at Lamprey Health Care as a Community Health Worker and Patient Service Representative. Previous roles include Account Manager at State Farm® and Financial Services Professional at NYLIFE Securities LLC. Ana holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling from Florida Christian University. Additionally, Ana served as a Christian Counselor and Dance Ministry Leader at the International Ministry of Deliverance for over a decade.
