Michelle Docking is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People, Culture & Development at Mount Media Limited since May 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions as Operations Manager at DataProphet and Green Goods, and accumulated managerial experience at Ten Group, Dear Me Food World, The Winterbourne Arms, The Box Tree Freehouse, and The White House Hotel. Educationally, Michelle has a Bachelor's degree in Food & Consumer Science from Stellenbosch University and several certificates from the University of Cape Town, including Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Operations Management.
