Jaana Junell is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture Development at VR Group since September 2024, Jaana previously held the position of Head of Talent & Learning and Diversity & Inclusion at ISS Palvelut from November 2017 to August 2024. Jaana's extensive expertise includes responsibilities in HR development, leadership competence, talent acquisition, and social impact programs across various roles in companies such as Suomen Terveystalo Oy, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Andersen Consulting. Jaana holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from LUT University and further qualifications in vocational education and future research studies.
