Michael Buckley is an accomplished operations management professional with extensive experience in leading and optimizing performance across various sectors. Currently serving as Site Operations Manager at Moto Hospitality since May 2023, Michael previously held the position of Head of Operations at National Car Parks Limited from October 2017 to October 2023. At M&S - SSP Group Plc., from August 2014 to December 2016, Michael managed a £100 million region, focusing on strategic planning and exceeding budgetary targets. Michael also revitalized the Whistlestop convenience brand while serving as National Operations Manager from July 2006 to August 2014, and progressed from Store Manager to Regional Operations Manager during a 20-year tenure at T&S Stores, effectively managing 114 locations. Michael holds an HND in Accounting and Finance from St Michael's School Garston and has pursued further education in multi-site management at the University of Central Florida.
