Tim Gladney is a Junior Account Executive at Motio, Inc. since January 2023, specializing in delivering solutions to clients to enhance and streamline processes and improve business intelligence tools. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Sales Closer at EVP Solar from May 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included prospecting clients through cold calls and door knocking, as well as setting and closing appointments. Tim earned a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Illinois University in May 2021, and holds a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Eastern Illinois University, completed in May 2019. Additionally, Tim has completed Strength and Conditioning internships at both Western and Eastern Illinois Universities.
