Seth Packrone is a Senior Attorney on NCYL’s Legal Advocacy team, focusing on services for young people with disabilities in various systems. Before joining NCYL, Packrone litigated systemic issues as an attorney with the Impact Litigation Practice at The Bronx Defenders on behalf of the organization’s clients. He also served as an Adjunct Clinical Professor with Brooklyn Law School’s Disability and Civil Rights Clinic, where he supervised law students working on disability rights cases. Prior to joining BxD, Packrone was an attorney with Disability Rights Advocates. At DRA, he developed and litigated impact cases about services for young people with disabilities. Packrone earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he participated in the Education Law Clinic, the Child Advocacy Program, and the Criminal Justice Institute, for which he was awarded the Exemplary Clinical Student Award. Prior to law school, Packrone taught English in Malatya, Turkey as part of the Fulbright Program. Packrone received his B.A. from Harvard College and a master’s degree in Inclusive Education from the University of Cambridge.
