Prisca COUDRON has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Prisca most recently held the position of Human Resources Director at SMR Automotive Systems France, starting in April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Transitions Pro ÃŽle-de-France from April 2020 to October 2021. Prisca also has experience as a freelance Human Resources Director, providing operational and consulting services for multiple conventions from July 2017 to April 2021.

Prisca has worked in various industries, including chemical industry at Chemviron as an HR Specialist from July 2019 to February 2020, and in the agri-food industry at AGRI CAROTTES as Head of People Operations from June 2018 to November 2018. Prisca has also served as Head of Human Resources at COPPET INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOBILE SERVICES, overseeing multi-site operations in Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Guyane from October 2012 to June 2018.

Prisca'searlier work experience includes working as a New Business Developer at CROQUE'N ROLL from an unspecified date until 2012, as well as a Generalist HR role at LGH & ASSOCIES, a law firm, from an unspecified date until 2006.
