Jerome Lozerand has extensive experience in human resources and finance, beginning their career in October 1984 as Chef Comptable at Usine Lambiotte. Jerome served as Chef Comptable at Elf Atochem from November 1986 to January 1990 before joining Sandvik in February 1990, where various roles included Country HR Manager and DRH, focusing on developing HR processes and managing social relations. Currently, Jerome holds the positions of HR Business Manager at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since July 2018 and HR Manager at Sandvik Hyperion SAS. Jerome's educational background includes a DESCAF degree in Finance and Accounting from Burgundy School of Business, completed between 1980 and 1983.
