Kate Liu is an experienced professional in employment programs, currently serving as the Manager of Employment Programs at MOSAIC since May 2019, where Kate has held several roles including Coordinator and Employment Services Advisor. Prior to MOSAIC, Kate worked with the Employment Program of BC in various capacities from January 2012 to June 2015. Kate's career also includes project management positions at Berlinwasser China Holdings and The China Water Company, as well as earlier experience as a General Manager Assistant and Project Manager at Berlinwasser International AG. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in German Language and Literature from Xi'an International Studies University and is currently pursuing further education at Simon Fraser University.
