The Program Management team at MOSAIC is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs that support the settlement and integration of immigrants and refugees into Canadian society. This includes quality assurance, community engagement, language education, employment services, health and specialized programs, family support, and refugee resettlement. The team ensures these programs are effective, cohesive, and aligned with MOSAIC's mission to address the complex needs of their diverse clientele.
