Charlotte O'Donnell has extensive work experience in instructional design and teaching. Charlotte is currently employed at Mosaic Learning as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they design learning solutions for skilled trades workers. Their role involves creating instructor-led training, e-learning, VR simulations, digital job aids, and more.
