Matteo Bardoscia has a diverse professional background in the fields of design, teaching, and brand management. Matteo is currently working as a Brand Designer at Aryel since May 2023. Previously, they worked as a Professor at Raffles Milano Istituto Moda e Design starting from October 2020.
Matteo also has experience as an Art Director at Dentsu Creative from March 2021 to May 2023, where they worked on various marketing campaigns and created digital content for social channels. Matteo was responsible for developing brand identities, user experiences, and UI visuals. Additionally, they managed internal and external teams comprising copywriters, content specialists, 3D artists, motion designers, web designers, and product designers.
Prior to their role at Dentsu Creative, Matteo served as a Head Teaching Assistant for the Licensing & Brand Extension Course and the Fashion Management Course at Politecnico di Milano. This position lasted from September 2019 to September 2021. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at POLI.design for the Master Brand Extension program from November 2020 to July 2021, and for the Master Art Direction & Copywriting program from October 2019 to July 2020.
Earlier in their career, Matteo gained experience as a Visual Designer at Nascent from March 2019 to May 2019, and at Graphicamente s.r.l. from March 2017 to April 2017.
Matteo Bardoscia started their education at Liceo Classico G. Palmieri di Lecce, where they obtained a Diploma di scuola superiore in an unspecified field of study in 2013. Matteo then pursued higher education at Politecnico di Milano, where they completed their Laurea triennale in Design della Comunicazione from 2013 to 2017. Subsequently, they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Design della Communicazione from Politecnico di Milano between 2017 and 2019. In 2018, they also completed a Corso di Alta Formazione in Licensing & Brand Extension at the same institution. Later in 2019, Matteo Bardoscia undertook a Corso di Alta Formazione in User Experience Design at Politecnico di Milano.
