Sebastian Bae is a seasoned professional in game design and security studies, currently serving as a Senior Game Designer & Research Scientist at CNA Corporation since April 2021. In this role, Sebastian focuses on research and analysis within the Gaming and Integration Program. Additionally, Sebastian has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University since July 2019, teaching a graduate course on tabletop military wargaming. As Co-Chair of the Military Operations Research Society (MORS) Wargaming Community of Practice since September 2018, Sebastian promotes innovative approaches to military analysis and education. Prior experiences include roles as a Non-Resident Fellow at the Brute Krulak Center for Innovation and Future Warfare, Defense Analyst at RAND Corporation, Defense Columnist for Foreign Policy, and Intelligence Analyst at BAE Systems. Sebastian holds an MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a BA in Peace & Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by various other educational experiences.
