Ros Tregurtha GAICD is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as General Manager of People & Culture at Penten since May 2023. Previously, Ros held the position of Chief People and Sustainability Officer at Domain from May 2018 to December 2022, leading the People Experience team and working closely with the Board and CEO. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Fairfax Media from April 2007 to May 2018, contributing to transformative initiatives while managing HR operations across multiple groups. Earlier career highlights include serving as a casual lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and as a Senior People & Culture Advisor at CSIRO. Ros's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from Western Sydney University and a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
