Liam Schofield is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Equity Research Analyst at Morgans Financial Limited since May 2022, focusing on sell-side equities research in general industrial companies. Prior to this role, Liam worked at Centuria Capital Limited for four years as an Assistant Fund Manager for the largest ASX-listed pure play office REIT, COF, and also held the position of Fund Analyst at Landcom. Liam's earlier experience includes being an Equity Research Analyst at Wilsons, where a diverse range of mid-cap companies was covered, and working in various roles at Cushman & Wakefield and LandMark White in international valuations and commercial real estate valuation, respectively. Liam holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as well as holding a Certificate in Corporate Finance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
