Jyotisman Kar is a seasoned technology professional with over nine years of experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead at Morgan Stanley since July 2020, Jyotisman has successfully minimized the client onboarding process from 90-100 days to just 36 days, enhancing revenue opportunities within the CounterParty Data and Regulatory Tech (CDRT) team. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Amadeus Labs, where work focused on the Airport Operational Database (AODB), and at Oracle, developing applications on the Oracle Fusion platform. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer role at HCL Infosystems Ltd., contributing to the UIDAI Project.
