John Lloyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development within the materials engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Morgan Advanced Materials since April 2018, John provides technical support for the Standard Fiber Manufacturing process and collaborates with an international team on new product implementation. Prior to this role, John was a Product Development Manager at Ingevity for 12 years, where expertise in activated carbon honeycomb products was developed. John's career began at Robert Bosch, where various roles, including Senior Development Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, were held, focusing on oxygen sensor product design and process improvements. Educational credentials include a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic Engineering from Clemson University.
