Charles Reid is an experienced managing partner at Moore Durban and Moore Stephens CJL, with a career spanning several decades in auditing and tax practices. Since January 1983, Charles has led Moore Durban, overseeing a team of professionals and a larger staff at Moore Stephens CJL, focusing on consulting and auditing for family-owned businesses with particular expertise in taxation, estate planning, and property development. In addition to professional roles, Charles serves on the IRBA Disciplinary Committee and previously held leadership positions as President of the KwaZulu-Natal Society of Chartered Accountants and Chairman of the Durban Regional Association for the SAICA Small Practices Committee. Charles holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, a Diploma in Accounting, and a Higher Diploma in Tax from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
