Jay Bartlett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and private equity. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group since October 2019, Jay leads the Principal Investors & Private Equity Practice in the West, specializing in portfolio company growth strategy and various types of due diligence. Previously, Jay held the position of Managing Director and Co-head of Private Equity at EY-Parthenon from May 2002 to July 2019. Other notable roles include Director of Business Development at the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002, Consultant at Bain & Company, Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, and Associate at ICF Resources. Jay earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont.
