Priit Salumaa is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology professional, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Better Medicine since September 2020, focusing on utilizing deep learning to improve cancer treatment. As a co-founder of Mooncascade, Priit has played multiple roles including Co-Founder and Non-executive Board Member since November 2009, significantly contributing to the firm's growth during challenging economic times. Priit also co-founded Solaride, an NGO aimed at developing a solar-powered car, and Latitude59, the flagship tech and startup event in Estonia. Further involvement includes advisory roles in the Estonian Student Satellite Foundation and MobileMonday Estonia, along with previous positions at Nokia and DailyPerfect. Priit holds a Master of Science degree in Software Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Tartu.
