Vidhi Joshi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President - People Regional Partner at Moody's Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this, Vidhi spent nearly a decade at RMS as Senior Director & Head of India & APAC People Team, also acting as Presiding Officer for the Internal Committee. Earlier roles include Director of Talent and Transformation at Digitas India, where leadership spanned multiple countries in Southeast Asia, and positions in HR at EXL Service, Catalysts Services Pvt. Ltd., and Tata Motors, beginning with a summer internship. Vidhi holds a Master of Business Administration in HR and Marketing from Apeejay School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Economics, and Anthropology from the University of Lucknow.
