Karen Lai serves as the HR Business Partner for APAC at Ebury, a Global FinTech firm, since September 2022, where the focus is on enhancing financial services for small and medium-sized businesses. Previously, Karen held roles as a Senior Business Advisor and Associate at PwC Australia from November 2020 to October 2022, and as an Associate Consultant at Oliver James from 2019 to 2020, emphasizing tailored solutions for client needs. Earlier experience includes positions in Guest Services at Virgin Australia and Qantas from 2016 to 2019. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business and Arts from UNSW and completed the Higher School Certificate at Caringbah High School.
