Amanda Carlin has a diverse work experience history. Amanda began their career at Monzo Bank in May 2017 as part of the Customer Operations team. Amanda provided customer support through various channels and contributed to back-office tasks. In October 2017, they were promoted to Squad Captain, where they trained and coached new recruits and assisted with the hiring of other Squad Captains. Amanda also actively participated in process improvement initiatives during their time in this role.
