Trang Nguyen currently serves as the Operations Manager at Collectius, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Trang worked at FE CREDIT as the Unit Head of Recovery in in-house Collection from June 2021 to December 2022, managing a team of 150-170 members. From August 2017 to June 2021, Trang held various positions at OCB - Ngân Hàng TMCP Phương Đông, starting as a Collection Team Leader, then progressing to Collection Supervisor, and ultimately serving as Unit Head of Collection. Responsibilities included overseeing debt collection operations, improving team performance, ensuring compliance with risk management, and handling debt-related complaints.
