James Hulse has extensive experience in law enforcement and training, currently serving as a Training Specialist and BPOC Academy Coordinator at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office in Conroe, Texas, since January 2017. Prior to this role, James worked as a Detective Sergeant and Training Coordinator for the City of Shenandoah, Texas, from October 2005 to January 2017, and earlier held the position of Wildlife Specialist I and State Police Officer with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department from June 2004 to October 2005. James's education includes attendance at the FBI National Academy and the University of Virginia, completion of the TPCA Developing Leaders For Texas Law Enforcement program, and achievement of a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation Management from Texas A&M University. Additionally, James has completed an Executive Leadership Development program at Houston Community College.
