Heidi M. Hensley is an experienced leader in children's ministry and chaplaincy, currently serving as Chaplain for the El Cajon Police Department since February 2023 and as Next Gen Pastor at Skyline Church since May 2022. Previously, Hensley held various children's pastor roles at Shadow Mountain Community Church and Bayside Church, and directed Children and Family Ministries at Quail Lakes Baptist Church from 2003 to 2015. Hensley also contributed as a volunteer Police Chaplain for the Stockton Law Enforcement Chaplaincy and directed children's ministry at Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to ministry roles, Hensley has experience in education as a teacher and reporter. Hensley holds two Master's degrees in Christian Leadership from Southern California Seminary and Dallas Theological Seminary.
