Lisa Hayden joined Monteris Medical in 2017 and is the Vice President of Market Access and Chief Compliance Officer. Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has spent the last 16 years developing reimbursement and compliance programs in the medical device space.
Prior to joining Monteris, Lisa spent 16 years at Galil Medical and BTG plc where she led the establishment of new CPT codes for cryoablation procedures, as well as advancing reimbursement initiatives outside the U.S. Lisa’s career includes physician practice management and hospital administration at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington D.C., Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD, and INOVA Health in Fairfax, VA. She has also served on various working committees within AdvaMed, a leading medical technology trade association.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Leadership & Management from George Washington University.
