Barbara A Quinn-Intermill, MS, RDN, CDCES, LMNT, is an experienced outpatient clinical dietitian currently employed at Box Butte General Hospital since 2016, where responsibilities also include serving as a certified diabetes educator. Additionally, Barbara has been affiliated with the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula since 1988, holding the position of clinical dietitian and certified diabetes educator. From 2000 to present, Barbara has served as a nutrition columnist for the Monterey County Herald, contributing to the ON NUTRITION weekly column and Health Matters monthly column. Barbara holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from New Mexico State University.
