Caitlin Byers is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in student support, content development, and parent education. Currently serving as a Student Support and Content Specialist at Montana Digital Academy, Caitlin provides assistance through various communication channels and collaborates with educators to ensure high-quality, state-aligned content. As a Parent Educator at Families First Learning Lab, Caitlin designs workshops focused on child development and parent skills while fostering relationships with community organizations. Previously, Caitlin held multiple roles at Laurel Springs School, including Middle School Academic Department Chair and Lead Teacher, where responsibilities encompassed record-keeping, curriculum support, and facilitating online education. Caitlin began their career as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Clark Fork School. Caitlin is pursuing a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology at the University of Montana, complementing prior degrees in Counselor Education and Elementary Education.
