Tigan Woolson is an emerging legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Public Defender at Monroe County Public Defender since September 2023, participating in an intensive training program and preparing to take on a docket as a misdemeanor litigator. Previous experience includes a role as a Law Clerk at Cuyahoga County Public Defender, an intern at Chautauqua County Public Defender Office, and various positions in customer service and marketing, including work with Lowe's Companies, Inc., Evergreen Outfitters, and Om Nohm Gluten Free Bakery. Tigan holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from The George Washington University, complemented by study abroad experience in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Adelaide.
