Dr. Dominick J. Stella currently serves as Principal and previously as Assistant Principal at Monroe County Community School Corporation since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing special education processes, collaborating with stakeholders for equitable outcomes, enhancing curriculum, and managing school safety policies. Prior to this role, Dr. Stella was a Visual Arts Educator at Renaissance Academy IN and MSD of Martinsville, where curriculum implementation and coaching were key duties. Additional experience includes working as a Key Advisor to the Indiana Department of Education on the Every Student Succeeds Act and contributing to the Indiana Daily Student as an Illustrator. Dr. Stella holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Indiana University Bloomington, a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, among other qualifications.
