Marciel Silva de Almeida has extensive experience in technology and customer support roles, currently serving as Assessor de Produtos e Processos at Monitora Soluções Tecnológicas since October 2020. In this position, responsibilities include understanding, communicating, and overseeing customized development scopes, proposing solutions to address client needs, and defining new approval processes. Prior to this role, Marciel contributed as Assistente de Suporte a Clientes e Aplicações, where focus was on creating performance metrics, enhancing support visibility, mapping KPIs, and developing automated control panels. Marciel also has a background in full-stack development, having worked on a private jet rental system and customizing WMS during an internship. Earlier experience includes an internship in Revenue Management at Cervejaria Ambev, where Marciel gained insights into the Brazilian beer market and contributed to sales strategy development through data analysis of KPIs. Marciel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from UFSCar, completed from 2015 to 2022, and graduated from Colégio Bandeirantes in 2014.
