Laura Kousoulou is an experienced retail operations professional with a comprehensive background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the General Manager of Global Retail Operations at Monica Vinader Ltd since September 2016, Laura has held various titles within the company including Head of Global Retail Operations and Global Retail Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Laura worked at Anthropologie Europe from October 2012 to September 2016 as Deputy Store Manager and Department Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Brand Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and Sales Development Manager at Benefit Cosmetics. Laura's career began at Marks and Spencer, where roles included Commercial Manager and Graduate Trainee.
