Ben Salibra has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Sales/Mechanic role at Bike Loft East in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Creative Director at Mr Shop Syracuse and a Sales Associate at Vince Camuto. In 2015, they became the Owner of Salibra Creative. Most recently, they were appointed Director of Ecommerce & Digital Operations at Paleblue in 2022.

Ben Salibra attended Fashion Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013, studying Fashion/Apparel Design. Ben also attended Cumberland University from 2010 to 2011.
