Maya Tkemaladze is an experienced customer support professional with a diverse background in the hospitality and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Evergreen Finance since May 2023, Maya previously held the position of CS Partner Specialist at Majorel Georgia from April 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Maya worked as a Customer Sales and Service Agent for Emirates from July 2019 to October 2020, where responsibilities included providing detailed information on tariff fares and issuing tickets while ensuring compliance with airline regulations. Maya's experience also includes roles as a Resort Relation Executive and Guest Relations Executive at JA Resorts & Hotels from January 2014 to May 2019, as well as Hostess/Administrator at Kempinski Hotels from August 2012 to September 2014. Maya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Russian Language and Literature from Georgian State University, with studies completed from 1999 to 2005.
