Fabiola Zaconeta is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in labor and employment relations. Currently serving as a People Lead at Mondelēz International since June 2019, Fabiola partners with Senior Leaders to provide HR support in areas such as change management and talent management. Previously, Fabiola held the position of Human Resources Manager - LR/ER at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages, executing HR strategies across multiple locations. Fabiola's earlier roles include Labor Relations Consultant at Coca-Cola Refreshments and Process Excellence Manager at APM Terminals. Fabiola also served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the New Jersey Air National Guard and worked as an HR Generalist at ICx Technologies. Fabiola holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University.
