Andrei Gavrilescu currently serves as the Global IT Service Management Architectural & Continuous Improvement Lead at Mondelēz International since December 2023. Prior to this, Andrei was the Global Infrastructure Services Manager and SIAM Lead at PHINIA, managing central infrastructure services and operational support. From January 2019 to July 2023, Andrei worked at BorgWarner as an IT Manager and SIAM Lead, overseeing daily operations and driving continual service improvement initiatives. Earlier experience at IBM included roles such as Workplace Support Services Service Desk Delivery Leader and Project Manager, where Andrei successfully managed complex projects, led service delivery teams, and developed project management strategies. Andrei completed a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Agricultural Economics and Business Administration at Academia de Studii Economice din București and holds a High School Diploma from Colegiul National I.L. Caragiale.
