Nicolas Tangre is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in management and support services. Currently serving as IT Service Manager at AmRest since November 2018, Nicolas oversees production for multiple restaurant brands, including KFC, Pizza Hut, and Sushi Shop, and manages support teams and partners. Prior to this role, Nicolas was POS Manager at Picard from October 2014 to November 2018, focusing on project management for cash register systems. Nicolas has also worked at KFC from August 2009 to October 2014 as a Field System Expert and IT Operations Technician, providing Level 2 support across France and Western Europe, managing user rights on Windows Server 2003, and overseeing new restaurant openings. Educationally, Nicolas holds a degree in Maintenance Management, Support, and IT Networks from CESI École de Formation des Managers, completed in 2011.
