Nadia Filk is a seasoned communications professional with a strong background in project management and customer success. Currently serving as Communications Project Manager at monday.com since October 2019, Nadia has held various roles including Communications Project Specialist, Brand Awareness Implementation Consultant, and Customer Experience Manager. Prior to this, Nadia gained extensive experience at Informa Markets from April 2009 to November 2018, holding positions such as Customer Success Manager for ShopTheFloor.com and Retail Relations/Sr Customer Service Representative. Nadia holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM.
