Ian Novack is a seasoned operations and growth leader with extensive experience in channel partner management and strategic partnerships within the SaaS sector. Currently serving as Channel Partner Manager for Mexico at monday.com since July 2023, Ian previously held the position of Director of Partnerships & Strategy at appreciate, where over 75 partnerships were sourced and onboarded to enhance customer engagement. Ian also contributed to LATAM market expansion at Odoo as a Channel Partner Manager, managing over 30 channel partners. Earlier roles include Channel Partner Manager at EasyPost, where Ian improved processes for a shipping API, and founding ventures including Beyond Dog Walking and Training and Entomo Power. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Hult International Business School and completed a Pre Law Summer Program at Drexel University.
