Philippa Holmes has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Philippa began their career as a Management Trainee at Byvan, where they worked their way up to the position of Marketing & Administration Manager. Philippa then worked as a Project Manager at Compass Group UK, handling major international events and hospitality contracts. After that, they joined Nelson Bakewell as an Associate - Management Surveyor, and later joined Savills as a Centre Manager. With Savills, they were involved in the development of Wynnum Plaza. Philippa then joined Lendlease, where they held several roles including Centre Manager, Divisional Asset Manager, and Project General Manager. During their time at Lendlease, they worked on various shopping centre developments and oversaw the management of retail portfolios in different locations. Philippa also had a stint at Citta Property Group as a Commercial Asset Manager, before joining Mona - Museum of Old and New Art as the Director of Facilities & Assets. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mona.
Philippa Holmes attended Deakin University and studied Property & Real Estate.
