Ray CHAN is an administrative professional with a background in social sciences, holding a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Criminology and Sociology from City University of Hong Kong. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Mon Sheong Foundation since April 2023, Ray previously worked as an Executive Assistant II in the Department of Procurement and Materials Management at 醫院管理局 from August 2022 to January 2023. Additional experience includes the role of Assistant Programme Officer at Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited from November 2020 to February 2022 and a summer internship at YMCA of Singapore in June 2019.
