Mike Foote is the Chief Empowerment Officer and founder of The DREAM Program, Inc., dedicated to closing the opportunity gap for children and youth in subsidized housing since 2000. Mike's extensive experience includes roles as a senior consultant at Wellspring Consulting, campaign manager for the Matt Dunne Campaign for Governor, and research associate at Char Associates. Additionally, Mike has contributed to community service initiatives through the Service Politics Institute and the Scoopers Making Change Program at Ben and Jerry's. In the public policy arena, Mike served on the policy advisory board for the Vermont Childrenā€™s Forum and was an Anti-Poverty Fellow with AmeriCorps VISTA. Mike Foote holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Dartmouth College.
