With over 12 years of experience prior to founding the firm, Akash excelled as a Managing Director at De Bellas & Co., where the company achieved over 225 completed transactions in staffing industry M&A. Akash's expertise is further supported by an investment banking specialist role at the Investment Banking Institute and experience as an Equity/Debt Research Analyst at Weaver & Associates. Akash's early career included leading a student-managed investment fund at California State University-Long Beach, where outstanding returns were achieved. Akash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University-Long Beach.
