Rayiner Hashem is a Partner at MoloLamken LLP, where practice focuses on patent, appellate, and administrative law since September 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals from August 2013 to August 2014 and for Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in two separate roles between October 2012 and August 2013, as well as a Summer Associate in 2011. Rayiner Hashem also gained experience as a Law Clerk at the Federal Communications Commission, working under Commissioner Meredith Attwell Baker in the summer of 2010. Additionally, Rayiner Hashem has a background in software engineering, with roles at Telchemy and Shared Spectrum Company from 2002 to 2009, and participated in Google's Summer of Code in 2005, developing open source software. Rayiner Hashem holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
